TÓM TẮT

Kết quả điều tra hiện trạng bảo quản sản phẩm thủy sản sau khai thác của một số nghề lưới kéo đôi, lưới kéo đơn, lưới rê và lưới vây khai thác xa bờ ở tỉnh Bến Tre dựa trên phương pháp thu mẫu đại diện của FAO, cho thấy: Tàu cá xa bờ tỉnh Bến Tre có trung bình 6±1 hầm bảo quản với sức chứa trung bình là 7,9 ±1,2 tấn/hầm và có khoảng 81,8% tàu cá sử dụng vật liệu cách nhiệt PolyUrethane (PU) cho hầm bảo quản. Chi phí hầm bảo quản chiếm 75,2% trong tổng chi phí đầu tư trang thiết bị bảo quản. Nghề lưới kéo có thời gian bảo quản dài nhất, khoảng 17 ngày, trong khi đó nghề lưới rê và lưới vây dưới 10 ngày. Số lượng tàu khai thác bán thủy sản tại cảng chiếm 73,4%, cao hơn so với bán trên biển. Giá sản phẩm thủy sản bán trên biển thấp hơn khoảng 25,8% so với bán tại cảng. Ngoài ra, tàu cá đang bảo quản sản phẩm bằng phương pháp ướp đá truyền thống và có hơn 53% số tàu cá mong muốn ứng dụng công nghệ bảo quản sản phẩm mới.

ABSTRACT

The result of port-harvest product preservation status survey on the offshore boats group of pair trawls, single trawl, gill net and purse seine fisheries by the random sampling method from FAO showed that: Offshore fishing vessel in Ben Tre province had average of 6±1 storage cellars with the contain capacity reached 7.9±1.2 tons/unit and there was about 81.8% vessel used Polyurethane (PU) for storaged cellars. The cost of storaged cellars contruction reached 75.2% in total investment cost of preservation equipment. The trawl fishery had the longest preservation perio with 17 days, while gill net and purse seine fisheries were under 10 days. The number of port-harvest products were selled seafood at the port accounted for 73.4% and was higher than selled at sea. The price of seafoods sold at sea was about 25.8%, lower than ones sold at the port. In addition, fishing vessels were preserving products using traditional freezing methods, and there was more than 53.0% of fishing vessels want to apply new product preservation technology.
