Consultation, management and implementation assignment of RIMF’s personnel and administrational duties.
Tasks
- Develop of plans for organisational struture, staffing and human resource development in the long term, the middle-term and annually.
- Manage and carry out organisation, personnel and human resource development work.
- Manage and carry out cadre work and implement the policies for labourers
- Develop technological and scientific potential opportunities including: machines, equipments and material that are serving for RIMF’s research; basic project of building and investment, building capacity project in large scale and small scale annually.
- Implement the tasks of improvement of administration procedures and property management.
- Implement the tasks of flood prevention, fire prevention, secutiry - national defence and other administrative works.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Director.
