Functions:

Consultation, management and implementation of RIMF’ tasks on management of planning, finance and property.

Tasks:

  1. To develop financial plans in the long term, the middle-term and annually. Plan the financial mobilization and utilization of RIMF’s budget resources.
  2. To manage and use effectively RIMF’s budget resources: Funds from State’s orders, biddings, joint ventures, aid and other funds according to the current regulations
  3. To formulate and implement the “Regulations on financial management” and the “Regulations on internal spending” according to the State’s regulations.
  4. To manage and implement the financial transparency, keeping accounting records and State’ secrets according to the regulations.
  5. To coordinated with other departments under RIMF to manage its assets, equipments. To implement the inventory of assets; to participate in and checking the receipts, transfer and liquidation of assets among RIMF’s departments.
  6. To perform other tasks assigned by director of RIMF
