Functions:
Consultation, management and implementation of RIMF’ tasks on management of planning, finance and property.
Tasks:
- To develop financial plans in the long term, the middle-term and annually. Plan the financial mobilization and utilization of RIMF’s budget resources.
- To manage and use effectively RIMF’s budget resources: Funds from State’s orders, biddings, joint ventures, aid and other funds according to the current regulations
- To formulate and implement the “Regulations on financial management” and the “Regulations on internal spending” according to the State’s regulations.
- To manage and implement the financial transparency, keeping accounting records and State’ secrets according to the regulations.
- To coordinated with other departments under RIMF to manage its assets, equipments. To implement the inventory of assets; to participate in and checking the receipts, transfer and liquidation of assets among RIMF’s departments.
- To perform other tasks assigned by director of RIMF
