* General objective: Identify the legal basis, scientific and practical bases and propose solutions for aquaculture development in the coastal waters of Thai Binh province during the 2021-2025 period, with a vision towards 2030. * Specific objectives: + Assess the current status and environment of marine aquaculture in the coastal area of Thai Binh Province. + Identify suitable farming sites, target species, culturing methods, and implementation plans for aquaculture that align with the natural conditions and socio-economic context of Thai Binh Province. + Propose solutions for the sustainable development of marine aquaculture in accordance with the strategic direction for sustainable fisheries development. * Content: + Content 1: Study and evaluation of the current status of natural conditions, socio-economic context and identification of potential and limitations in aquaculture activities in Thai Binh Province. + Content 2: Study and survey to choose the suitable aquaculture areas based on natural conditions and the development orientation of aquaculture in Thai Binh Province. + Content 3: Study to identify suitable species and farming methods in accordance with natural conditions, environmental factors, and the development orientation of aquaculture in Thai Binh Province. + Content 4: Propose solutions for the development and management of aquaculture activities that align with the natural conditions, environmental factors, and socio-economic context of Thai Binh Province.
