*Objective: Fishery development associated with national sovereignty protection at sea in Thanh Hoa province by 2030, with a vision to 2045. * Content: - Content 1: Assessment of natural conditions, socio-economic context of coastal areas and the implementation of central and local policies in Thanh Hoa province. - Content 2: Assessment of the status of exploitation and protection of aquatic stock; coastal aquaculture; fishery logistics services; fish product processing and trade; the situation of application of science and technology and fisheries extension during the period 2011-2020. - Content 3: Analysis and forecast of factors affecting fishery development; building viewpoints, orientations, goals for the system of solutions for aquaculture development associated with national sovereignty protection at sea in Thanh Hoa province by the year of 2030, with a vision to 2045. - Content 4: Building and completing the "Project on fishery development associated with national sovereignty protection at sea in Thanh Hoa province by the year of 2030, with a vision to 2045".
