* Objective: Research and build up a technological process for producing organic acid etract from microorganisms to add in aquacultural feeds. * Content: - Content 1: Research on the technique of preserving microbial strains as raw materials for fermentation of biomass to obtain organic acids. - Content 2: Research on the fermentation conditions of organic acid-producing microbial strains. - Content 3: Research on the technique of recovery fermentation products from organic acid-producing microbial strains. - Content 4: Research on the technological process of producing organic acid extract from microbes. - Content 5: Trial production of some products and completing the process.
