Objective: To study the propagation of seaweed Kappaphycus alvarezii variety by tissue culture method. Content: 1. Research and select high-quality seaweed sources as raw materials for tissue culture. 2. Research and develop an in vitro propagation process through induction of callus generation. 3. In vitro propagation of chondrocytes by the method of protoblast fusion. 4. Research and evaluate the quality of seaweed propagated by tissue culture method. 5. Research on building a model of growing seaweed by tissue culture.
