Objectives: - General objective: Active production of hormones reproductive of some economically valuable sea cucumber species in the sea of Vietnam. - Detail objectives: + Building up a technological process of hormones reproductive production of some economically valuable sea cucumber species in Vietnam. + Set up experiments on reproductive stimulation by hormones extracted from the black sea cucumber and the black teathfish with reproductive stimulation rate > 70%; Fertilization rate > 80%; hatching rate > 70%; survival rate of larvae after hatching to auricularia stage > 50%. + Production at least 500 mg of purified hormone > 80% (expected dose of hormone about 150-200 μg/kg of parent). Content: 1. Research and application of recombinant protein technology to produce hormone reproductive stimulation of sea cucumber. 2. Research on purification and biological activity testing of hormones produced by recombinant protein technology. 3. Research on building up a production process of hormone reproductive stimulation of some economically valuable sea cucumber species in Vietnam (experiments on the black sea cucumber and the black teatfish).
