1. Study, designing and manufacture equipments to slow down temperature and preserve aquatic products at pilot scale (80-100 kg/batch) and having equipment on trial. 2. Study, designing and manufacture equipments to slow down temperature and improving the frozen fish hold on trawler with engine capacity > 250cv. 3. Taking trials of the preservative technical process of aquatic products on trawler with engine capacity > 250cv used by designed equipments. 4. Evaluation of socio-economic efficiency.
