Objectives: * General objectives: Completation and obtaining the technological process of commercial farming, post-harvest and processing sea grapes and Gracilaria seaweed ensuring quality, efficiency and food safety. * Detail objectives: - Completing the technological process of commercial cultivation of sea grapes, Gracilaria seaweed reaching the technical norms. - Building up a technological process for post-harvest and preliminary processing of sea grapes, Gracilaria seaweed reaching the technical norms. - Building up technological process for production of some value-added products from seaweed (kinds of products: iodine-rich jelly powder from seaweed, dehydrated sea grapes and biodetritus from seaweed by-products); scale of 500 kg of raw materials/batch, meeting the technical norms. - Products: 5 tons of sea grapes and 5 tons of dried Gracilaria seaweed; 10,000 bags of iodine-rich jelly powder from seaweed (25g/bag), 10,000 bags (25g/bag) of dehydrated grape seaweed, all products meets food safety standards following regulations; 1 ton of biodetritus from seaweed by-products (5 kg/bag). Content: 1. Completing the technological process of commercial cultivation (sea grapes, Gracilaria seaweed) in accordance with the scale of goods. 2. Research on building up technical processes of post-harvest and preliminary processing of sea grapes and Gracilaria seaweed to meet the quality and food safety criteria. 3. Research on building up technical processes of forprocessing and manufacturing some value-added products from seaweed (iodine-rich jelly powder from seaweed, dehydrated sea grapes and biodetritus from seaweed by-products), with a scale of 500 kg of raw materials/batch, meeting the technical norm, ensuring food safety following regulations. 4. Analysis, testing and evaluation of the quality of raw seaweed material collected from farms, post-harvest and preliminary processing, processing of value - added products from sea grapes, gracilaria seaweed (Iodine-rich jelly powder from seaweed, dehydrated sea grapes and biodetritus from seaweed by-products).
