Target: 1. Determining the relationship between the structure of hydrodynamic fields and marine environment with changes in fishing ground for small pelagic fish in the sea of Vietnam. 2. Obtain an experimental model to predict the fishing ground of small pelagic fish in the sea of Vietnam. Content: 1. Building, developing, completing and updating the information system of databases serving forecasting fishing grounds for exploiting small pelagic fish resources in the sea of Vietnam. 2. Research on scientific bases to build and develop technological processes for forecasting fishing grounds for small pelagic fish in seasonal and monthly seasons in the sea of Vietnam. 3. Researching and completing the system of forecasting tools for the structure of oceanic fields and forecasting the fishing ground for small pelagic fish in the sea of Vietnam. 4. Researching and implementing models and forecasting processes for small floating fishing grounds (seasonal, monthly, period 2019-2020), verifying and evaluating the effectiveness of fishery forecasts.
