Objective: A technological process of hydrolyzed protein liquid with high acid amin concentration by protease enzyme from Acetes sp. Content: - Content 1: Collection of relevant documents from foreign and domestic sources via by books, magazines as well as internet for proving necessity and practical meaning in improving value of Acetes sp. - Content 2: Establishing a technological process for producing hydrolyzed protein liquid with high amino acids concentration from the Acetes sp. using protease enzymes on a laboratory scale, with good quality of hydrolyzed protein. - Content 3: Results of completing the technological process for producing hydrolyzed protein liquid from the Acetes sp. by using protease enzymes: The production process has been operating stably, with good product quality, meeting market requirements.
Output
