Content: - Building up and update the information system of databases serving the forecasting of fishing grounds in Hai Phong and neighboring waters. - Research on scientific bases, building and development of technological processes forecasting of fishing ground in short- term for 03 main fishing fisheries. - Building forecasts bulletins of fishing ground in short-term, evaluate and verify forecasts of fishing ground in Hai Phong and neighboring waters. Propose a model for applying forecasting in practice.
