1. Objectives - Developed an artificial reproduction process of Black Sea cucumber (Holothuria leucospilota Brandt, 1835) in the coastal areas of Hai Phong. Maturation rate 50%; Breeding rate: 50%; Hatching rate: 70% + The survival rate from larvae to juvenile sea cucumber (juvenile): 4%, and the technique of rearing juvenile sea cucumber to seed size of 20mm. - Evaluating the adaptability and growth of the artificial sea cucumber (2cm) to the individual stage of about 10cm in the coastal environment of Hai Phong. 2. Tasks Task 1: Some relevant theoretical and empirical issues Task 2: Biological characteristics of black sea cucumber Task 3: Forming and developing a technical process for artificial reproduction of sea cucumbers Task 4: Research on the development ability of artificial sea cucumbers in the natural environment along the coast of Cat Ba.

- A set of specimens for analysis of biological and reproductive characteristics of black sea cucumber. - Original data set on artificial reproduction of black sea cucumber - Set of data on monitoring the growth in the ecological farming method. - Production process of sea cucumber H. leucospilota - Thematic and final reports
