Objective: Assessment of changeable trending in living marine resources and fisheries in Vietnam's seawaters in a systematic way as a scientific basis for the planning, management, rational use and forecasting of fishing grounds, contributing to sustainable development of marine resources and fisheries. Content: 1. Investigation and assessment of changes in the resources of large pelagic fish groups in the sea of Vietnam. 2. Investigate and assessment changes in benthic marine resources in the sea of Vietnam. 3. Investigate and assessment changes in small pelagic fish resources in the sea of Vietnam. 4. Investigation and assessment of specific changes in biological, ecological and species composition of commercial groups of marine fisheries in Vietnam. 5. Overall assessment of changes in stocks, factors of environment and oceanography, and commercial fisheries in Vietnam's sea, as a basis for planning and management aiming at sustainable development.
