Objectives: 1. Assessment of pollution status, risks of environmental pollution and environmental protection works in traditional trade villages of seafood processing in the North Central region. 2. Proposal solutions for integrated environmental management which is suitable to the characteristics of traditional trade villages of seafood processing to ensure food hygiene and safety and environmental protection in the North Central region. 3. Proposal a model of integrated environmental management which is suitable for 03 types of traditional trade villages of seafood processing (1. Villages of dried seafood processing; 2. Villages of fish sauce processing; 3. Villages of mixed seafood product processing) to ensure food hygiene and safety and environmental protection in the North Central region. 4. Building up a technical guideline for environmental protection of traditional trade villages of seafood processing and submit them to competent authorities for promulgation. Content: 1.
