Objectives: * General objective: Environmental monitoring, warning and surveillance in marine aquaculture concentrated areas in some key provinces serving for the management and direct works of aquaculture activities for sustainable development. * Detail objectives: - Monitoring and assessing the status and environmental quality changes in marine fish farming areas in Quang Ninh, Hai Phong and Kien Giang, resulting of monitoring by 32 reports and recommendations for solutions of environment treatment in marine fish farming areas to serve the practice marine aquaculture activities in monitoring areas. - Providing timely warning the environmental quality changes serving manageable, direct and practice works in aquacultural activities and development effectively and sustainably. - Update information and data into a unified monitoring database from Central to local authorities in service of works of management, productive direction, ecosystem protection, as well as research. Content: 1. Environmental monitoring, warning and monitoring of aquaculture areas at sea. - Environmental monitoring of marine fish farming areas in Quang Ninh. - Environmental monitoring and warning in marine fish farming areas in Hai Phong. - Environmental monitoring and warning in marine fish farming areas in Kien Giang. 2. Unexpected monitoring.
