* General objective: To assess the status of marine stock in the sea waters in Tra Vinh province, initially providing a scientific database for fishing quota allocation and fishing license. * Specific objectives: + Assess the overall status of marine stock and fishing activities in the sea waters in Tra Vinh province during the Northeast and Southwest monsoon seasons. + Propose a scientific and practical database for activities of fishery management in the Tra Vinh sea waters in a sustainable, effective and responsible trend. * Content: + Content 1: Assessment of the overall status of investigation and research on marine stock and fishing activities in the Tra Vinh sea waters. + Content 2: Investigation and assessment of marine stock in the Tra Vinh sea waters. + Content 3: Investigation and assessment of the current status of fishing activities and fisheries in the Tra Vinh sea waters. + Content 4: Set up a scientific database and proposing solutions for marine stock protection and fishing management in the Tra Vinh sea water in sustainable and responsible trend.
