Objective: To complete the technological process, equipment model and production of aquaculture feed with high lysine concentration from pangasius catfish by-products on a semi-industrial scale Content: 1. Completing technology and equipment model for producing hydrolyzed protein fluid from pangasius catfish by-products with a scale of 500 kg of raw material/batch 2. Completing the technological process and equipment for the production of high-content lysine preparations with the scale of 1000 liters of fermented liquid/batch 3. Completing the technological process and equipment model for producing tilapia feed supplemented with hydrolyzed protein fluid and lysine products, with a scale of 2000 kg/batch 4.
