Objectives: * General objective: Completing the technology of slurry ice combined with Nano UFB technology to preserve post-harvest products on offshore fishing boats and at facilities of seafood purchasing aiming at improvement of product quality and value and reduce post-harvest losses. * Specific objectives: - Completing the technological process, equipment system for preservation using slurry ice combined with Nano UFB on the offshore trawlers suitable with the productive conditions of fishermen. Quality of product increases by an average of 30% compared to products preserved by traditional methods done by fishermen. Preservation time at sea > 20 days. - Completing the equipment system for preservation seafood products using slurry ice combined with Nano UFB technology suitable with the offshore trawlers and at the facilities of seafood purchasing. - Successful application and transferring two preserved models of post-harvest products using slurry ice combined with Nano UFB technology on the offshore trawlers and at the facilities of seafood purchasing. Content: - Content 1: Assess the status of equipment and preservative techniques on the offshore trawlers and at the facilities of seafood purchasing in Ben Tre province. - Content 2: Research and complete the design and manufacture of a system of equipment using slurry ice combined with Nano UFB. - Content 3: Research on seafood preserved techniques using slurry ice combined with Nano UFB. - Content 4. Build up a model of seafood preservation using slurry ice combined with Nano UFB technology for the offshore trawlers and at facilities of seafood purchasing.
