* Objectives: Assess the status of exploitation, fluctuations, self-recovery ability and living environment of marine living resources at Binh Dinh seawaters area, serving for the State management of suitable use and conservation that contributing to the sustainable development of the province's fisheries sector. * Content: - Content 1. Investigate and evaluate the status of biodiversity, stock, sources of breeding marine species and basic environmental factors at Binh Dinh seawaters area. - Content 2. Investigate and evaluate the current status of marine fishing and fishery biology in Binh Dinh. - Content 3. Research and propose solutions for protection and exploitation of marine living resources.
