Content

1. Objectives - Completing the technical process of broodstock rearing of clams (M.lyrata) to achieve a maturity rate of over 80%. - Completing the technical process of artificial production from broodstock rearing of clams (M.lyrata) and larvae rearing with three species of microalgae Isochrysis galbana, Chlorella sp., Nannochloropsis oculata 2. Tasks Task 1. Literature review Task 2. Biomass culture of 3 microalgae species Isochrysis galbana, Chlorella sp., Nannochloropsis oculata as food sources for rearing and hatchery production. Task 3. The technique of rearing clam broodstock by using three species of microalgae according to different mixed densities. Task 4. Experiments on artificial reproduction and rearing of clam larvae with food from 3 species of microalgae.

Output

-Technical process of seed storage and biomass culture of 3 microalgae species (Isochrysis galbana, Chlorella sp, Nannochloropsis oculata) at a density of 15-20 million cells/ml. - Technical process of broodstock rearing using microalgae species (Isochrysis galbana, Chlorella sp, Nannochloropsis oculata) as the food source with the target of maturity rate of over 80% in the cement tank. - Technical process of artificial reproduction of Ben Tre clam to achieve Spat rate of more than 10%. - Scientific report: Results of broodstock rearing with three species of algae (Isochrysis galbana, Chlorella sp, Nannochloropsis oculata) in a cement tank with a density of 20 kg/m3. - Scientific report: Results of rearing clams in tanks with three species of algae (Isochrysis galbana, Chlorella sp, Nannochloropsis oculata) - Final project report.
